We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team driving cutting-edge manufacturing solutions, you will influence process development from concept to implementation whilst enjoying a dynamic working environment where your ideas and expertise truly matter

Duties & responsibilities

  • Champion the engineering function across all areas of production
  • Lead the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate in design reviews and liaise with equipment suppliers to integrate new technologies
  • Define and measure performance metrics that push boundaries while remaining achievable
  • Shape quality strategies to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Create and approve process documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality operations
  • Manage planning, scheduling, and project execution
  • Oversee the procurement of production facilities and ensure safe working environments

The Person we are looking for will have

  • Proven experience in manufacturing and process engineering (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other relevant software
  • A logical, proactive mindset with excellent negotiation and planning abilities
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies and a passion for learning

Qualifications

  • Technical Degree or equivalent professional experience in process engineering

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience with high-volume manufacturing and special-purpose assembly machines
  • Familiarity with machinery legislation and standards
  • Expertise in process layout planning, scheduling, and change management
  • Hands-on knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis
  • Ability to manage contractors and interface with suppliers
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • A self-starter attitude with a hunger for personal and professional growth
