We are currently recruiting for a skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy production and distribution site in Sunderland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to work in a fast-paced environment with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring safe and accurate handling.
• Support production and warehouse teams with timely movement of stock.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any faults.
• Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Valid external FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a rotating schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Shift Pattern:

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: Monday to Wednesday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: £12.21 per hour
• Night Shift: £12.84 per hour
