People Management Bootcamp

How is the Skills Bootcamp designed?

The People Management Programme is designed for individuals looking to enhance and develop their leadership skills.  Whether you’re new to management or looking to refine your existing skills, this programme will provide you with the tools and strategies to lead with confidence, drive performance, and take the next step in your career.

What will the Skills Bootcamp cover?

The People Management Programme will cover essential leadership and management practices, focusing on communication, team building, conflict resolution, and performance management. You will gain practical skills to lead diverse teams, enhance employee engagement, and drive productivity. This programme is designed to equip you with the tools to excel in managerial roles across industries and will support your progression into leadership positions.

How long will the Skills Bootcamp last?

Typically, one day (6 hrs) per week for 10 weeks (a total of 60 hrs) is required.

Train to Teach Bootcamp

How is the Skills Bootcamp designed?

The Train to Teach Bootcamp is designed for individuals looking to transition into a rewarding career in education and seeking your first formal qualification, this programme will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to become an effective trainer. You’ll learn classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment strategies, preparing you to inspire and lead the next generation of learners.

What will the Skills Bootcamp cover?

Our comprehensive program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of education. From classroom management strategies to innovative teaching methods, we’ve got  you covered. Upon completion of the pathway all participants will gain their L3 Award in Education and Training and their L3 Award in Assessing Vocational Related Achievement. 

After an initial 60 hours of instruction, participants will engage in workplace assessments. Additionally, observations beyond the 10 core sessions are required to ensure all criteria are met, making the program extend beyond the foundational sessions.

White Goods Skills Bootcamp

Whether you’re new to the field or seeking to enhance your technical expertise, this programme will equip you with the skills needed to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of white goods, including washing machines, refrigerators, and ovens.

What will the Skills Bootcamp cover?

The White Goods Skills Bootcamp will cover essential skills for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining domestic appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, and ovens. You will develop valuable transferable skills, including fault-finding, electrical safety, and customer service, that employers in the appliance repair sector highly value. This training aligns with industry standards, ensuring you are job-ready for roles in the growing field of white goods repair and maintenance, supporting your progression into employment with leading service providers.

How long will the Skills Bootcamp last?

Up to 12 weeks (Total of 80 hrs)
