Our client sought to expand its global footprint by relocating its operations from London to Newcastle and needed recruitment expertise. Solution

To support this ambitious expansion, we implemented a multi-phased recruitment strategy. Initially, we focused on identifying and securing top talent for key leadership positions, including Contact Centre Manager, Team Leaders, and a Resource and Planning Manager. Once the core leadership team was established, we shifted our focus to building a high-performing customer service team. This involved a large-scale recruitment drive to fill numerous Customer Service Advisor and Administrator roles across multiple departments. To meet the client’s specific needs, we also recruited multilingual advisors proficient in Dutch, French, Italian, and Spanish
