Our client based in County Durham are looking for an experienced Technical Surveyor to work within domestic properties around the Grimsby and Boston area.

The role responsibilities:

• To produce a high quality PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessment in line with current accreditation guides.
• Have a general understanding of ECO and the requirements of ECO funding.
• Completing Technical ECO Surveys on ASHP’s.
• To liaise with installation teams and customers on findings.
• Make recommendations based on assessment findings.

The person we are looking for:

• Minimum of DEA Accreditation.
• Must have a full UK driving license.
• Must be qualified with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc).
• Must have experience carrying out surveys on ASHP’s.
• Strong technical knowledge of energy efficient measures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible, positive approach to work.
• Computer literate.

*Price is paid per completed job.

* Please note this role requires regular travel between Boston and Grimsby. A company van and fuel card will be provided*.
