Zenith People are excited to be working with our client who are expanding and as a result are looking to recruit Toolmakers with Injection Moulding Experience on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role is to actively maintain and develop all tooling within the business and we are looking for flexible individuals who are willing to assist in other areas of the business as and when required.
Main Duties include but are not limited to
- Finding and rectifying faults on injection moulding Tooling (IMM)
- Maintenance / refurbishment of injection moulding tooling
- Assisting with the development and improvement of injection moulding Tooling
- Press and moulding tool setting
- Working closely with Engineers and Technicians
- Weekend overtime working is occasionally required

- Experience in high volume manufacturing not heavy industry
- Must be time served and qualified to a minimum level of ONC
- All round machining skills particularly in Injection Moulding
- Capable of working to tight tolerances
- At least two years recent post apprenticeship experience
- Good problem solving skills
- PC literate
Hours of work
3 Shift Pattern 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
