Our client is looking for a RICS building surveyor or graduate building surveyor for the North East on a permanent basis.

Job Description:

• Conduct detailed inspections of buildings to assess their condition.
• Identify structural issues, defects, and areas needing repair or improvement.
• Prepare reports such as condition surveys, dilapidation reports, and building pathology assessments.
• We have an exciting portfolio of work across many different sectors with a number of heritage focused projects.

Personal Specification:

• RICS or graduate surveyor
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Salary negotiable
