Zenith people are currently working with a Food supplier based in the Stanley area. We are looking for a Farm Operative available for full time work. Full training will provided.

The role responsibilities:

• Wear PPE provided and on entry perform start of shift checks.
• All problems should be reported immediately to your line manager. If you are not able to contact your manager.
• To ensure the hygiene levels of the whole work area are of highest standard, including floors, all egg contact surfaces on the belt and the rollers, egg table and equipment, under the muck elevators, door handles etc…
• Weekly tasks include cleaning control rooms and panels, wiping down the walls.
• Collect laid eggs and process them ready to be cleaned and graded.
• To ensure all areas are clean (audit ready) and broken egg is cleaned up before leaving for the day.
• You are expected to work safely at all times and are not expected to do anything that you have not been trained in. Reporting of issues to your manager is to be treated as a priority.

The person we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Dependable and has a good work ethic.
• Someone that is prepared to work alone.
• This job involves manual handling and can involve getting dirty.
• Available to work weekends.

5 days per week, one of which will be on a weekend.

Hours of work: 7.30am-4.30pm

Rate of Pay: from £11.44 per hour
