We have an opportunity to be part of a highly experienced, motivated and dedicated sales team as an Account Manager. You will be working for a well-established company based in the North East and the Midlands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
The role responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into new clients.
- Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
The person we’re looking for:
- Previous sales/account management experience
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
